Our property management company was founded in 2012 and we jumped straight in at the deep end. We took over an owner’s association with a small high-rise building in a prominent location in the Rhine-Main region which had extensive structural and technical difficulties, without reserves and with a suitably volatile atmosphere amongst the owners in light of the demanding situation.
With a lot of commitment, at times without money and with the help of our strong network of trusted building companies we succeeded in mastering the complex and dangerous situation, to the delight of all parties involved. The property is still part of our portfolio and was the start of a new venture as other properties gradually followed.
In a relatively short space of time, the 30 original units turned into around 400 units under our management, distributed across small and large owners’ associations with various structures of ownership and tenancies, right up to socially disadvantaged areas, with over 600 residents across the whole world.
From 2016 onwards we adjusted our management inventory somewhat, and since then we have once again taken on properties which promise an economical and long-term partnership.
An owners’ association or sole owner of a property must be suited to the manager, and the manager to the association or owner. This is an absolute must for us, so that long-term satisfaction prevails on all sides as well as a long-standing and successful cooperation.

We have a significant advantage in that, within our business group, we don’t need to make our money exclusively through property management. This makes us much more independent and in some cases also more affordable. Thanks to our own service firms within our business group and our large network of partner firms, we can often act quickly and economically and solve problems in an uncomplicated fashion.
