At KCG Financial Solutions GmbH we have been working with financial products and real estate since 2001. At the forefront of our business are the acquisition, sale and mediation of products or services which are individually adapted to the situation and challenge facing our client.
Our clients are primarily capital investors, starting from an apartment as a pension provision or the passive acquisition of capital, up to investors with a residential portfolio of up to 100 apartments or entire properties as sources of profit. In general we work across Germany, but we focus primarily on the Rhine-Main region and the neighbouring areas.
As is well known, in the last few years houses and apartments have developed into a stable and sustainable solution in some cases, whether as a pension provision, a medium-term investment or as a source of profit – real estate functions as a genuine all-rounder and the associated low risks are almost unrivalled when compared with other similar levels of investment. However, mistakes should not be made when selecting a property.
There are many aspects to consider in order to correctly evaluate the purchase of a property. The marketability of the location, the optical and technical state of the property, the price and the financing terms, the development potential on site, the expenses and services necessary to secure the functionality and to maintain or increase the property’s value, as well as the history of the site are just some of the things that we check very thoroughly before we offer up a property for sale or recommend a purchase. Our evaluation of a property comes from practical knowledge and generally goes deeper than the usual valuation by a bank, for example.
We want to protect both our clients and ourselves from nasty surprises and we know what we’re talking about when it comes to real estate.
Alongside the property itself there are of course a number of other related matters, such as the brokering of suitable financial arrangements, for example. We can provide you with support in these areas, too, together with our capable partners from the banking and finance sector, regardless of if it’s a matter of fifty thousand Euros or five million Euros.
