KCG Facility Services

Our facility services division is an independent department under the umbrella of KCG Hausverwaltungs GmbH. In this department, all the necessary services are provided for our clients’ real estate and property, but we can also cover wider services such as repairs, renovations and refurbishments professionally and economically thanks to our network of partners.

Our services in detail

  • Caretaker services (Property monitoring, building services, rubbish collection, winter services, etc.)
  • Property cleaning (Basic cleaning and maintenance cleaning)
  • Renovations and (core) refurbishments (dry construction, paintworks, tiling and floor laying, window construction, gas/water installations, roofing works, electricals, piping and mains water refurbishment, facade engineering, etc.)    
  • Repairs to the whole property

The caretaker service and wider works are implemented at the property by us personally with the help of our own trained technical personnel. All other services are covered by our network of partners or partner firms and their staff.
