The current business group brings together the last 20 years worth of practical experiences across a number of commercial and organisational sectors and different, yet interconnected branches.
Our work began 1998, when the focus was still on the sale of insurance and financial products as well as the associated consultancy services. Real estate and the areas associated with it were also already a part of our work at the time.
Our biggest strength often lay in the unconventional, as the former conventional methods had already failed and there was no longer a major chance of success. Against this backdrop we were able to impress and optimally solve the existing problems of our clients, not least thanks to our strong network and our pragmatic solutions.
The many different and above all practical experiences which we have been able to collect in the years we have been operating now represent an irreplaceable asset on our behalf, which today makes all the difference. We know what works well and what doesn’t. And we know how. We have the skills and capacity not only to provide consultations, but also to implement and realise our concepts.
The concept of property as a ‘product’ has developed in the last few years as an ‘all-round solution’ to some of our clients’ problems, which is why we have concerned ourselves primarily with this concept and the related topics since 2012; sales, management and the other services necessary for a property.
Since this area of operations has continued to grow successfully since 2012, we decided to combine all our activities and assets into one business group under one name, the present KCG (Kemmer Consulting Group), and to continue to expand the group in the future.
High levels of pragmatism as well as appropriate and swift solutions which above all can be implemented in the client’s own personal situation form the core characteristics of our operations across all sectors. Our clients must be suited to our company, and our company to our clients. Only then can we work successfully and form a long-term cooperation which can last for many years.
